Keto Chocolate Yogurt Crunch with Dark Chocolate


The recipe is as follows:

1c 5% plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen Protein
1 scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Powder
2 tbs Lilly’s dark chocolate chips
3tbs Keto granola

“Fudge” topping:
1 Tbs Lilly’s dark chocolate chips
1/2 tbs grassfed butter
Melt the 2 ingredients in the microwave for 25 sec (DO NOT OVER COOK)

Granola recipe:
1c Diced almonds
1c diced pecans
3tbs coconut oil
3tbs grass fed butter
2tbs cinnamon
2tbs monkfruit sweetener
Dash of salt
Preheat oven to 400

1. Combine almonds and pecans on a non stick baking sheet
2. Melt butter and coconut oil in bowl and then combine cinnamon, monkfruit, and salt
3. Glaze nuts or toss in a bag pouring the remaining mixture onto the nuts
4. Cook on 400 for 25 min
5. Let cool, enjoy!
Save the rest for later!

To make the treat:
1.Combine Greek yogurt with collagen and C8.
2.Add granola mixture and chocolate chips on top.
3.Add fudge topping.

Pro tip: after mixing in collagen and C8 put the yogurt in the freezer for 10-15 min, this makes the consistency more like a mousse. Enjoy!
