Quick and Easy Keto Alfredo


Ingredients:
2c HWC (Heavy Whipping Cream)
1c mozzarella
1/2 c Parmesan
2 tbs butter
1 tbs garlic
1 tsp Nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Bring butter and garlic to light simmer
Add whc, bring to light simmer
Add mozzarella, let melt completely
Add parm, let melt
Add nutmeg / salt pepper
Bring everything to light simmer
If recipe is too thick dilute with HWC or add more mozzarella if to runny

Squash:
Preheat oven to 450
2tbs or butter
Italian seasoning/ nature’s seasoning to taste
Cook for 30-45 min until it is easily shredding and resembles angel hair pasta

Add protein of choice
