TeamKeto Ginger IMMUNE Booster
Ingredients:
⅓ c Ginger, Peeled, washed, and sliced (If you don't have Ginger you can take TeamKeto Turmeric Curcuminoids 95%)
½ Lemon, juiced
½ Lemon, sliced
1-2 Cinnamon sticks
1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Take your sliced ginger and 1 cinnamon stick and place it in a large glass. Fill with water to soak.
- Soak for 10-15 min.
- In another glass, combine lemon juice, ACV.
- Once the ginger is done soaking, pour ginger water over lemon and ACV.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, sliced lemon, and cayenne pepper.
