Ingredients and Directions:
1 1/4 cup sifted almond flour
1/3 cup granulated Allulose or sweetener of choice
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup melted butter (not hot)
2 large eggs, room temp
3 large strawberries, chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla C8 Powder
Preheat oven to 325°. In a bowl, sift and mix all dry ingredients. In a separate both, place eggs, vanilla, cream, vinegar and melted butter and using a stand or hand mixer, mix on high until frothy. Slowly add in dry ingredients and then fold in strawberries once well-combined.
Spoon batter into a mini donut pan. Bake at 325° for 11 mins or until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (I use choczero)
1/4-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (more if needed)
1/4 tsp beet root powder (optional for color)
1 tsp strawberry extract
Heat heavy cream and pour over white chocolate. Once fully melted, add in extract and beet root powder. Dip each donut. Enjoy!
