1 tbsp Coconut milk (15 grams)
2 tbsp Chia seeds (24 grams)

Can you put the collagen and the C8 MCT in with the meal replacement? Also can you put the fuel C8mct and collagen together?
Hi Carol! Here are some instructions for you!
We recommend 1 scoop of Fuel in each serving (you can have two a day).
1 scoop of MCT in each serving. You can have up to 5 a day if you want.
And 1 scoop of collagen peptides per day (just make sure to not go over your protein intake).
You can mix the Fuel and MCT with water and drink it throughout the day, take it pre-workout, and you can mix the collagen and MCT with water or unsweetened almond milk and take post-workout. I hope this helps!
