Slow Cooker Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops & Broccoli

A toss it in the crock pot & forget about it recipe that your family will love....even those not big fans of pork. Trust me.

Ingredients (one serving):

1 chop, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw Pork chops (63 grams)

1/4 can (10.75 oz) Cream of onion soup (76.3 grams)

1/4 can (10.7 oz) Cream of mushroom soup (75.8 grams)

1 cup chopped Broccoli (91 grams)

1 fl oz White wine (29.4 grams)

2 1/16 tbsp unsweet almond milk (30.5 grams)

2 teaspoon Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix, dry (5.7 grams)

1/4 tsp Salt (1.5 grams)

1/4 tsp Pepper (0.53 grams)

Directions (four servings):

1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt (if using) and pepper.

2. Place the chops in a 5-7 quart slow cooker.

3. In a small bowl, mix the soups, almond milk, ranch seasoning and wine.

4. Pour over chops. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. Chop & steam broccoli about 20 minutes before pork is finished cooking.
To serve Remove chops and place on plate. Scoop mushroom mixture onto pork chop.

Makes 4 servings. 1 serving is 1 pork chop with 1 cup sauce & 1 cup broccoli
