Keto Chocolate Waffles

A healthy chocolate waffle? Sounds PERFECT to me!

 

Ingredients: 


3 Large Eggs 


3 oz Softened Cream Cheese 


1 Tbsp Melted Butter 


1 Tsp Vanilla 


2 Tbsp Coconut Flour 


1 Tbsp Dark Cocoa powder 


½ Tbsp Baking Powder 


1 Scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Hazelnut C8 


1 Scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen 


1/8 Tsp salt 


In a bowl Mix dry indigents with wet, once combined allow to sit for about 5 mins to allow the baking powder to do its magic. Using a mini waffle maker por about ¼ a cup of the batter per waffle. 


Optional- Serve with sliced berries, keto whipped cream and some melted chocolate. 

 

Makes 10 mini waffles (2 Waffles per serving) 

 

Macros per serving: Calories- 169, Fat-13g, protein-8g , Net Carbs-3
