Keto Dark Chocolate Peppermint Fat Bombs

Chocolate + Peppermint + Healthy Fat? YES PLEASE!

Ingredients: Fat bomb

8 tbsp softened grass fed butter

1/4 cup granulated monkfruit sweetener

3 tbsp cream cheese 

2 cups almond flour 

1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 

1/2 tsp peppermint extract 

1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt 

1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate collagen 

1 scoop TeamKeto vanilla C8

1/4 cup dark chocolate nibs 


In a bowl, cream butter, monkfruit, cream cheese, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and salt. Then add almond flour, collagen and c8. Once it is combined, mix in 1/4 cup cacao nibs. 


Make 20 1 1/2 in balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 


Topping:

1/4 cup powdered monkfruit 

3 tbsp Heavy whipping cream 

1/2 tsp peppermint extract 


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle over the top of fat bombs and chill in freezer for 30-40 mins 

Makes 20, 1 1/2 inch balls 

Macros per fat bomb: 131 cal, 12g fat, 4g protein, 2g net carbs
