These delicious, chocolatey fat bombs will fill satisfy that sweet tooth and help you achieve your fat macros, all at once!
3 tbsp cream cheese - softened
8 tbsp grass-fed butter - softened
2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup monkfruit
1/2 tsp PH salt
1 tbsp vanilla
1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen
1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Hazelnut C8
1/4 cup cacao nibs or lily's dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (crushed)
Optional: dust with a 1/8 tsp freeze dried Raspberry powder
In a bowl cream butter and cream cheese, add vanilla, salt and monkfruit. Then add almond flour, cocoa powder, collagen and C8. Once fully combined add in chocolate chips and crushed frozen raspberries.
Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and dust with raspberry powder. Chill in freezer for 1 hour.
Can be kept in freezer for when needed.
Makes 16 - 1 1/2 inch fat bombs
