Ingredients (for one serving):
1 1/3 tbsp Butter (18.9 grams)
1 oz Cream cheese (28.4 grams)
1 1/3 fl oz Heavy whipping cream (39.7 grams)
1/3 tsp Vanilla extract (1.4 grams)
1 tsp Cocoa (1.8 grams)
1 tsp Stevia (0.50 grams)
1/16 tsp Cinnamon (0.11 grams)
1. Allow butter & cream cheese to come to room temperature. Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Add butter and mix again until blended smooth. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and blend until smooth
2. Whip heavy whipping cream with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Chill whip cream in fridge while combining other ingredients. Fold whip cream into chocolate mixture gradually and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to set.
3. Spoon into serving cup and serve chilled. 1 Serving is 1/2 cup.
