Yup...English muffins are back....and they're keto.
Ingredients (One Serving)
1/3 cup Almond Flour (40 grams)
1/2 tsp Baking powder (2.3 grams)
3 medium Egg (132 grams)
2 tbsp Butter (28.4 grams)
1. Toss1 tbsp butter in mug and melt for 30 seconds. Crack in egg and whisk until yolk is blended. Add almond flour and baking powder. Whisk together. Mix well.
2. Microwave for 90 seconds. Tip cup upside down and shake out bread. Slice and toast. Spread 1 tbsp of butter on bread. Cook two eggs to style preference.
