Ingredients (for one serving):
1/2 oz Mayo (14.2 grams)
1 grams Sour Cream
1/4 cup Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese (28 grams)
3/4 stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery (48 grams)
3/4 stalk Onions (9 grams)
1/4 head Lettuce (157 grams)
1 serving Natural Bacon (7.5 grams)
3 oz Rotisserie Chicken (85.1 grams)
1. Shred chicken into small bite size pieces. Cook bacon to your preference of doneness. I prefer extra crispy as it adds crunch to the salad. Dice celery into thin slices, thinner the better in my opinion.
2. Next dice green onion, removing the rooted end. Shred cheddar cheese. Now mix together your sour cream, mayo, and cheese together in a bowl. Next add in chicken and diced veggies. Mix until all is well coated.
3. To assemble, remove clean lettuce leaf from head and fill your leaf with about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture. Top with crumbled bacon pieces. Roll like taco and serve. 2 wraps is a single serving. Recipe makes about 6-8 wraps total.
