When & How to Use Your Supplements (Plus Recipes)

Lately, I've been getting a lot of questions about how to use the supplements.
As well as my favorite recipes.
Don't worry! Today I'm gonna hook you up!
Serving Instructions:
TeamKeto Fuel Exogenous Ketones: We recommend 1 scoop of Fuel in each serving (You can have up to two servings a day).
If this is your first time using Fuel Exogenous Ketones we recommend starting with a half scoop for the first couple days to allow your body to get used to it then slowly increasing to a full serving.
TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder: 1-2 scoops of C8 MCT in each serving. You can have up to 4-5 servings a day.
I love to mix a scoop of Fuel and C8 MCT together. C8 MCT makes Fuel taste like a creamsicle, adds in fat macros that you need on keto, and boosts ketone levels further. I drink this throughout the morning and into the day.
TeamKeto Collagen Protein: You can have 1 scoop of collagen protein in each serving. (You can have up to two servings a day).
Technically you could have more collagen but it's important to not go over your 20% daily protein macro.
I personally love to add chocolate collagen to my unsweetened almond milk because it tastes like a milkshake!
Also, it's amazing in morning beverages like keto coffee and hot chocolate. :)
TeamKeto Meal Replacement: We recommend using the meal replacement once per day to replace a meal. With the perfect keto meal macros, it makes it easy! I love to mix it in unsweetened almond milk or water, but you can also create something different using one of our recipes below!
When to Use:
When to use Fuel and C8 MCT:
- Between meals to keep the body burning fat for fuel with ketosis.
- After eating carbs to quickly facilitate the switch back into ketosis.
- On an empty stomach or fasted for increased mental performance.
- Before exercise for more energy, stamina, and endurance.
- Anytime for optimal physical and mental performance
When to use Collagen Peptides:
Mix 1–2 scoops with your favorite beverage. Tastes great hot or cold. Try it with coffee, tea, or in your post-workout shake.
When to use Meal Replacement:
Use once per day, to replace breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

FUEL RECIPES:
TK Fuel Cream
• ½ cup Unsweetened Carrageenan Free Almond milk or Coconut milk
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• ½ cup ice
• 1 Scoop TeamKeto Fuel
• Optional: 1 Scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder. (C8 MCT makes Fuel taste like a creamsicle, adds in fat macros, and boosts ketones further.)
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender cup then select the pulse button on your blender a couple of times till frothy. You can also use a Nutribullet, handheld, etc. Or use Shaker Bottle.
TK Fuel Slushy
• 2 cups cold water (add more as needed)
• 1 scoop Team Keto Fuel
• ¾ cup ice
• Optional: 1 Scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder. (C8 MCT makes Fuel taste like a creamsicle, adds in fat macros, and boosts ketones further.)
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender cup then select the pulse button on your blender a couple of times till frothy. You can also use a Nutribullet, handheld, etc. Or use Shaker Bottle.
C8 RECIPES:
BulletProof Coffee Basic
• 1 or 2 cups coffee
• 1 teaspoon grass-fed unsalted butter.
• 1 tablespoon C8 MCT Oil Powder
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• ¼ cup Almond or Coconut Milk (optional)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
• Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
• Sprinkle of Pink Salt (optional)
• 1-2 teaspoons Keto Approved Sweetener
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender cup. Then select the pulse button on blender a couple of times till frothy. You can also use a Nutribullet, handheld etc.
Note: Standard Blender should be vented at the top to prevent an explosion of hot liquid.
BulletProof Coffee (Team Keto)
• 1 or 2 cups coffee
• 1 teaspoon grass-fed unsalted butter.
• 1 scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen Protein
• 1-2 teaspoons Keto Approved Sweetener
Combine ingredients in Blender Cup. Then select the pulse button on blender a couple of times till frothy. You can also use a Nutribullet, handheld etc.
Note: Standard Blender should be vented at the top to prevent an explosion of hot liquid
BulletProof Coffee (Pumpkin Spice)
• 1 or 2 cups Pumpkin Spice coffee
• 1 teaspoon grass-fed unsalted butter.
• 1 teaspoon 100% Pumpkin pure
• ¼ teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
• 1 scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1-2 teaspoons Keto Approved Sweetener

BulletProof Hot Chocolate (Basic)
• 12 oz Unsweetened Carrageenan Free Almond milk or Coconut milk
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon grass-fed unsalted butter.
• 1 Scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder
• 1 tablespoon Unsweetened 100% cocoa or cacao powder
• 1-2 teaspoons Keto Approved Sweetener
Combine ingredients and heat up. Place in Blender Cup. Then select the pulse button on blender a couple of times till frothy. You can also use Nutribullet, handheld, etc.

BulletProof Hot Chocolate (TK)
• 12 oz Unsweetened Carrageenan Free Almond milk or Coconut milk
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon grass-fed unsalted butter.
• 1 Scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder
• 1 teaspoon Unsweetened 100% cocoa or cacao powder
• 1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen Protein
• 1-2 teaspoons Keto Approved Sweetener

COLLAGEN RECIPES:
TK Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
• 1 cup Unsweetened Carrageenan Free Almond milk or Coconut milk
• 1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen Protein
• 1 scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder
• 1 teaspoon Keto Approved Peanut Butter (peanuts and salt only)
• 1/2 cup ice
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender cup and blend until smooth. You can also use a nutribullet.
MEAL REPLACEMENT RECIPES:
TK Thick & Creamy Meal Replacement Shake
- 1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Meal Replacement Powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use a nutribullet.
Salted Caramel Macchiato
- 20 oz hot or cold coffee
- 1 scoop Salted Caramel Meal Replacement Powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla c8 Powder
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 4-6 drops liquid monkfruit
Instructions: Mix with frother if hot, blend with ice if ice coffee is what you like.
Calories 376, fat 33g, protein 13g, Net carbs 3
Salted Pumpkin Shake
- 1 scoop Salted Caramel Meal Replacement Powder
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 3-6 drops liquid stevia
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use a nutribullet.
Chocolate Gingerbread Shake
- 1 scoop Chocolate Meal Replacement Powder
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 2-4 drops liquid stevia
- 4-6 ice cubes
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use a nutribullet.
Peppermint Mocha Shake
- 1 scoop Chocolate Meal Replacement Powder
- 3-6 drops peppermint extract
- 3 drops liquid stevia
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 4-6 ice cubes
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use a nutribullet.
