How to Track Your Macros

Every once in a while people come to me frustrated because they seem to be stuck or are not making forward progress on keto... 

I always ask, "Are you tracking your carb and fat macros?" The answer is usually no.

Guys, tracking is super easy to do and absolutely essential for success!

Otherwise, you may be throwing yourself out of ketosis without even knowing it.

But what's the best way to track carbs? And how do you do it right? 

There are two methods:

  • 5% net carbs a day method
  • 20 grams net carbs a day method

I recently did a Facebook live where I outlined my preferred method... the 5% net carbs as the easiest way to track myself on keto.

As well as the do's and don'ts when it comes to tracking the right way!

Note: This does not mean you need to start counting calories, in fact, we recommend not to count calories... rather focus your time on tracking macros!

If you feel like you are stuck in your keto journey... this is one fix I recommend doing ASAP!
