Spring Fat Bombs

Ingredients and Directions:

4 tbsp cream cheese softened
8 tbsp butter softened
2 cups almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup granulated sweetener
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 package Lily’s Dark chocolate candy coated pieces
1/4 cup Lily’s milk chocolate chips

In a bowl combine butter and granulated sweetener, then add in cream cheese and mix until combined. Add in c8 and collagen. Add in almond flour and vanilla extract, then mix until well-combined. Fold in candy pieces and chocolate chips. Using a 4 tsp ice cream scooper, scoop out 24 even balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in freezer for 30 mins until firm.
