Raspberry Lemon Pound Cake
Ingredients and Directions:
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup oat fiber (no oat fiber, no problem - just add another 1/2 cup almond flour)
1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup granulated sweetener
1 1/2 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon extract
3 eggs room temp
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup butter melted
2/3 cup water
Preheat oven 325°
In a bowl place granulated sweetener and lemon zest. Mix with you hands and rub lemon zest into sugar for more lemon flavor. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, extracts, sweetener, and melted butter. Mix half of the dry ingredients into bowl, and once combined add in the water. Then add remainder of dry ingredients. Once done, fold in raspberries. Place batter into a greased bundt cake pan. Bake for 45-50 mins.
Icing:
1/2 cup powdered sweetener
1 scoop TeamKeto Raspberry Lemonade Fuel
Add water until desired consistency

Can I replace the raspberries with strawberries? I don’t really care for the taste of raspberries
