Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake

Get ready for a yummy, filling Fall treat!

Ingredients:

1/4 avocado
1/4 cup of pumpkin
1 cup almond milk plain unsweetened
1 scoop TeamKeto S
alted Caramel Meal Replacement
4 drops of liquid vanilla monkfruit sweetener
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup ice

Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.

Optional: top with whipped cream and a pinch cinnamon. 

Macros Per Serving: Calories - 350, fat - 28g, protein -14g, net carbs - 6g
