Keto Pecan Pie Fat Bomb Mousse

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 scoop TeamKeto Salted Caramel Meal Replacement

4 1/2 tbsp mascarpone

1 tbsp monkfruit brown sugar substitute 

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp toasted and chopped pecans 

Toast pecans in a pan and chop. In a bowl, add all ingredients except for the pecans. Beat with hand mixer until mousse forms, then fold in pecans. Evenly divide mousse into two separate cups for 2 servings.

Optional: top with whipped cream a pinch more of toasted pecans and a Drizzle of TeamKeto caramel sauce.
