Mini Belgium Waffles

Ingredients: 

5 eggs

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla C8 

1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement 

1/2 tsp vanilla 

1/2 tsp baking powder 

4 tbsp melted butter

1/4 cup unsweetened unflavored almond milk

pinch of salt

Optional: add a few drops of liquid sweetener, but not needed. 

1/2 tsp melted coconut oil (used for waffle iron)

Directions:

In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth and combined. 

Heat your mini waffle maker. Once ready, spoon 1/4 cup of batter evenly and cook until desired doneness. I let mine sit extra time to get golden.

Makes 6 mini waffles

Serve hot with your desired sides and toppings! 

Macros per mini waffle: 217 cal, 18g fat, 9g protein, 3 net carbs
