(need a Madeline cookie pan)
1/8 cup water
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 scoop/packet of TeamKeto Orange Mango Fuel
1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla C8
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp original granulated monkfruit
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp orange extract
1 tsp poppy seeds
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the Madeline cookie sheet with coconut oil for easy removal. Spoon 1 tbsp into each cookie space. Bake for 22 minutes at 350°.
Remove from sheet and allow to cool
3 oz of Lily's dark chocolate chips
2 1/2 tbsp butter or 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp granulated monkfruit
In a microwaveable bowl add ingredients and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Carefully dip each cookie. Place in fridge for 30 mins to harden.
Makes 20 cookies
