Keto Walnut and Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

This heaven-sent Keto Walnut and Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe will satisfy even the largest sweet tooth and give you that delicious bit of chocolate that you crave!
Each keto walnut and peanut butter brownie provides 190 calories and 6 grams of net carbs for the day. This isn’t too bad for such a deliciously sweet treat.
If you would like to stick to classic keto chocolate brownies, each serving will provide just 143 calories and 5 grams of net carbs.
You will absolutely love these brownies and find yourself making them over and over again!
Chefs note:
- This recipe and macro table is for 20 brownies.
- We use collagen protein for flavoring, but unsweetened coca powder will work as well.
- Walnuts and peanut butter are optional, these brownies are delicious either way.
- Per Keto Warrior request, we’ve included modified macros for subtracting PB and walnuts!

Ingredients:
Here is what you will need from the store to make this keto brownie recipe.
- 1 cup (16 tbsp / 2 sticks) grass fed butter.
- 4 scoops of TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen (or 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder).
- 1/2 cup erythritol (I used Truvia).
- 2 whole eggs.
- 1 egg yolk.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Super-Fine Almond Flour (lower carbs than other brands).
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped(optional).
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.
Optional:
- Add 1 Scoop of C8 MCT Oil Powder to boost fat levels.
- Cacao nibs are another fun option for toppings.
Components used:
- Microwave safe bowl
- Large mixing bowl
- 9x9 baking pan
- Baking grease
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. grease 9x9 baking pan, and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt grass-fed butter in the microwave, about 1-1/2 minutes. Add cocoa powder and stir until fully mixed.
- Stir in erythritol and continue to stir until fully mixed. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla together. Add chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Add almond flour and walnuts (optional) and stir in until flour is completely incorporated and walnuts are evenly distributed.
- Spoon batter into greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to over bake!
- In a microwave safe bowl, add peanut butter and melt in the microwave, about one minute (see notes on how to not burn the peanut butter).
- Smooth peanut butter over brownies evenly. Cool completely before cutting. Store in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
