Keto Strawberries and Cream Chia Pudding

Ingredients and Directions:

3/4 cup full fat coconut milk

1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop TeamKeto Strawberries and Cream Collagen 

1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla c8

Liquid sweetener to taste

1 medium strawberry, sliced or chopped


Mix all ingredients except the strawberry. Allow to chill in fridge for 30-45 mins.


Evenly divide between two bowls and top each with the sliced strawberries.

Makes 2 servings.

Macros per serving: 242 cal, 20g fat, 7g protein, 4g net carbs
