Keto Raspberry Lemonade Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/8 cup hemp hearts
1 tsp liquid sweetener
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
5.3 oz Fage Greek yogurt 0%
3 tbsp crushed frozen raspberries (no sugar added)
1 tsp vanilla liquid sweetener or liquid sweetener of choice
1 scoop Vanilla c8
1 scoop Raspberry Lemonade Fuel
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well-combined. Allow to sit in fridge for 3-4 hours so that chia seeds can puff up.
Makes 4 servings (1/2 cup each)
