Keto Mint Shake

Milkshake ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

1/2 an avocado 

1/2 cup spinach

1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement 

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 

1/8 tsp peppermint extract 

1 cup of ice

Liquid sweetener to taste (if needed) 

Optional: 1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla c8 for added flavor 


Topping ingredients: 

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream whipped with keto-approved liquid sweetener to taste

15 Lily's chocolate chips 


Directions:

In a blender add all milkshake ingredients and blend. Whip cream to stiff peaks. Assemble in your cup of choice and enjoy! 

Macros: 600 calories, 59g fat, 15g protein, 4 net carbs
