Ingredients: 1 serving

1/20 cup, whole Flaxseed (4.2 grams)

1/20 cup Pumpkin Seeds (2.8 grams)

1/16 cup, hulled Sunflower seed kernels (6.4 grams)

3/8 tbsp Hemp Hearts (4 grams)

1/20 cup, sliced Almonds (2.3 grams)

1/20 cup, chopped Walnuts (3.1 grams)

3/8 tablespoons Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (2.4 grams)

3/16 oz Cacao Nibs (5.6 grams)


Directions (based on the original recipe of 10 servings):

1. Chop nuts in a food processor. Combine all ingredients together and store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
