Fried Cabbage and Polish Sausage

Ingredients: 1 serving
1 1/2 tbsp Avocado oil (21 grams)
1 tsp Garlic (2.8 grams)
4 oz Polish sausage (113 grams)
2 cup, shredded Cabbage (140 grams)
2 cups Collard Greens (68 grams)
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar (14.9 grams)
1/4 tsp Paprika (0.53 grams)
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (0.080 grams)
Directions:
1. Put 1/2 tsp avocado oil and garlic in large skillet over medium high heat. Saute until fragrant. Add in sausage links and sauté until browned around edges. Add cabbage, collard greens, vinegar, oil, and seasonings. Toss until well coated with seasoning. Continue stirring until leaves begin to wilt and brown slightly. Remove from heat and enjoy.
