Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate Meal Replacement 

2 tbsp natural peanut butter (I used Laura Scudder's natural peanut butter)

Monkfruit Liquid Sweetener to taste (you can use any other keto-approved liquid sweetener)

1 cup of ice 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into you favorite cup and most importantly... Enjoy!

Macros: 560 calories, 51g fat, 21g protein, 5 net carbs
