Frozen Cheesecake Yogurt Bites

Ingredients and Directions:

16oz Greek yogurt 

4oz cream cheese softened 

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup powdered sweetener 

1/4 cup blueberries 

1/4 raspberries 

4 small strawberries 

Optional: 1 scoop plain or Vanilla c8 (not calculated)

In a bowl, mix all ingredients minus the berries. You can use a mini muffin tin and put an even amount of yogurt into each. No more than an inch. Top with berries and freeze for 1 hour. Keep in freezer as they will melt. 

Makes 24 bites

Macros per serving: Cal 29, Fat 2g, protein 2g, net carbs 1g
