1 1/2 cups pecan halves (toasted & salted)
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup Kerrie Gold butter
4.5 ounces Lily's chocolate chips
1 scoop TeamKeto Salted Caramel Collagen
1 scoop TeamKeto Unflavored C8 or Vanilla C8
Toast pecan halves in a pan add salt.
Microwave butter and chocolate in a bowl 35 seconds, mix until chocolate and butter combine. Add in collagen and c8 powder. Mix until well combined.
On wax paper divide pecans evenly into 14 different sections. Pour 1 1/2 tbsp of chocolate mixture ontop of each. Place in fridge and chill for 30 mins or until chocolate hardens.
