Cherry Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients and Directions:
Brownies:
3 eggs room temp
1/2 cup almond flour
¼ cup dark cocoa powder
1/3 cup butter
3.5 oz dark chocolate
½ cup powdered wweetener
Pre heat oven 350°. In a microwaveable bowl, add chocolate and butter. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Stir until chocolate and butter are melted and combined (can heat more if needed). Allow to get to room temp.
In a separate bowl, add all remaining ingredients and mix using a hand mixer until well-combined. Slowly add in melted butter/chocolate. Once incorporated, pour into a 9x13 parchment-lined baking dish.
Cheesecake:
8oz Cream Cheese room temp
½ Cup Powdered Sweetener
1 Large egg room temp
2-3 tsp Cherry Extract ( I used Olivenation pure cherry extract)
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla C8 (not calculated)
In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix using a hand mixer until well-combined and smooth.
Dallop cheesecake mixture on top of brownie mixture. Using a chop stick, swirl cheesecake mixture and brownie mixture.
Cherries:
14 sweet Cherries pitted and sliced (can use Frozen)
Evenly distribute cherries on top of Brownies
Place in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Enjoy!
