Ingredients: 1 serving

1/2 cup, chopped Kale (33.5 grams)

1/2 cup, frozen Blueberries, wild (70 grams)

2 tbsp Dulse Kelp Flakes

1 scoop Team Keto Meal Replacement Shake

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (114 grams)

1 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (7 grams)

1/2 cup Water (118 grams)

1/2 tsp Cinnamon (1.3 grams)

1/2 cup Ice cubes (119 grams)

Directions:

First add water into blender, then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
