PB Fat Bomb Mousse



1c boiled water
1/2 envelope unflavored Gelatin
8 oz cream cheese
1c monk fruit sweetener
1c Natural Peanut butter
1 scoop TeamKeto Chocolate/Salted Caramel Collagen
1 scoop TeamKeto C8 MCT Oil Powder
1tsp vanilla extract
Lilly’s dark chocolate chips with Stevia


•Bring water to boil
•Mix Gelatin and monk fruit in separate bowl
• Slowly add boiled water to bowl and mix until completely dissolved, let cool
• Mix together cream cheese, Peanut Butter, collagen, and vanilla
•Beat in gelatin mixture slowly
•Whip until thick consistent is reached
•Refrigerate 1 hr before serving
•Separate mixture into separate serving cups, about 1/3 c /serving
•Add Lilly’s dark chocolate chips or nuts of choice
