Meal Prep and Keto Bar timing
Keto bars are most advantageously used as ‘energy bars’ as apposed to a dedicated source of protein. With that in mind, take your keto bars where your exogenous ketones can’t go!
In terms of shelf life, bars should last at least a week when properly refrigerated and do not lose their great taste easily. Feeling adventurous? Add different flavors of protein powder, or cocoa powder to the mix!

Hi Erin! Yes that would work!
My daughter has PCOS and is not allowed to eat dairy. Can I substitute full coconut milk fat instead of heavy whipping cream?
