1 cup chai tea
1 scoop / packet of TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream, frothed
Liquid sweetener to taste
Dash of cinnamon
Brew 1 cup of plain unsweetened chai tea (I used Tazo tea). Once done, add in 1 scoop / half packet of TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement. Use milk frother to mix meal replacement into tea. Add in Sweetener to taste. In a separate cup using the milk frother, froth 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream until thick, but not fully whipped cream. Pour over top and top with a dash of cinnamon.
You can make it iced if you would like as well.
