Keto Chai Tea Latte

 

Ingredients:

1 cup chai tea

1 scoop / packet of TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement 

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream, frothed

Liquid sweetener to taste

Dash of cinnamon 


Brew 1 cup of plain unsweetened chai tea (I used Tazo tea). Once done, add in 1 scoop / half packet of TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement. Use milk frother to mix meal replacement into tea. Add in Sweetener to taste. In a separate cup using the milk frother, froth 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream until thick, but not fully whipped cream. Pour over top and top with a dash of cinnamon. 

You can make it iced if you would like as well. 

Makes 1 serving

Macros per serving: 295 cal, 26g fat, 12g protein, 3g net carbs

  • Hi Amy! One packet is one meal, so you can use a whole packet or a whole scoop in this recipe. :)

  • Is one scoop of meal replacement the same as 1/2 packet? I thought that each packet was the equivalent of one scoop! I think I may have been doing this wrong for a while. If not, the recipe is reading to use 1 scoop or 1/2 packet.
