Ingredients and Directions:
1/4 cup egg white powder
3/4 cup water
*Note if you do not have this just use 4 large egg whites no water needed*
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup powdered sweetener
2 scoops Blue Raspberry Fuel or any fuel flavor
In a bowl, mix powdered sweetener and fuel.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, add egg whites and cream of tartar and mix on medium until foamy. Then slowly add in 2 tbsp at a time sweetener/fuel mixture. Once combined, whisk on high for about 18-20 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Add mixture into a piping bag or just a zip lock bag with a corner cut off. Pipe out 40 even meringue cookies, leave space between each. Bake at 250 for 45-90 minutes until they start to show browning. Turn off oven and crack oven open a bit to allow some hot air out leaving meringues in oven. Allow to sit for 30 minutes to crisp up without burning. Once done enjoy a guilt-free sweet treat!

(If you eat 10 then it's 22 cal, 1 net carb and 4g protein)
