A delicious, protein-packed dinner recipe!
Ingredients (1 serving):
7 oz Atlantic salmon (198 grams)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (13.8 grams)
1 tbsp Dill (0.55 grams)
1 tbsp Parsley (3.8 grams)
5/16 tablespoon Oregano (1.8 grams)
1/2 tsp Thyme (0.40 grams)
1 tsp Salt (6 grams)
1 tsp Pepper (2.1 grams)
1 cup Asparagus (134 grams)
1 tbsp Avocado oil (14 grams)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon fillet on baking sheet, spread mayo and sprinkle with herbs. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
2. While salmon is cooking, saute asparagus over medium heat with avocado oil. Cook until turns bright green. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with salmon.
