Diet planning this treat
Compared to non-keto mainstream desserts, keto ice cream is a walk in the park for macronutrients. Yes, total calories are high, but we are avoiding the brunt of carbohydrates. So, plan to allow yourself this treat on days where you have a reasonable caloric deficit.
Chef’s Note: You may be temped to pre-make multiple batches of keto ice cream to save for later dates. If you do so, be sure to work towards a fluffy, airy consistency to prevent it from freezing like a brick as many home made ice creams do!

Hi Linda! You could try it! I haven’t personally done it, but it’s worth a shot!
Can you put this in a ice cream maker? I have a Breville Ice cream maker. It has a soft setting and freezes soft.
Hi Nancy, yes you can!
