Ingredients (one serving):

1 cup Water (237 grams)

1 tbsp Coconut oil (13.6 grams)

1/2 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (140 grams)

3 leaf outer Lettuce (51 grams)

3/16 cup, chopped Dandelion greens (11 grams)

2 tbsp Parsley (7.6 grams)

2 tbsp Hemp Seeds (20 grams)

1 fruit without seeds Lemons (108 grams)

1/4 tsp Turmeric (0.55 grams)

2 tbsp Dulse Kelp Flakes

1 Avocado (without skin and seed) (136 grams)

Directions:

1. First add the liquids, followed by everything else. Blend and enjoy!
