In a blender add the following:

1 cup ice

1/8 tsp ground vanilla bean powder

1 scoop TeamKeto Vanilla Meal Replacement 

1 cup unsweetened unflavored almond milk

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Liquid vanilla monkfruit or sweetener of choice to taste, if needed.

Blend and serve!
